Yakima Lock & Safe

This little lock store is a real gem. The folks who work there a ready to help whenever it's open. When we were there, several customers came in, crowding into the room. Three men went to work, making keys, giving advice, changing batteries in keyless entry fobs, etc. The guy who served us noticed that he'd made an error in their favor but charged us the lower price he'd previously quoted us. Good people. Good service. Five stars.
