I was very happy and impressed by Rainer's service. We worked with Mark Lawson, who was terrific. He was quick to respond to questions, very patient, and extremely helpful. Things went so much more easily and smoothly than I imagined that they could on the US side of our move. Though we had some challenges with the Israeli moving company not being so responsive and reliable, Mark was even helpful in explaining what they were not willing to take the time to explain. I promised Mark that if I ever move internationally again, he is getting the call, and I'm definitely going to recommend him to any friends who need an international mover. I can't say enough about how great the experience was!

All aspects of the move went well. The packers in the States did a great job of wrapping and labeling items. Storage for a month in California was without a hitch. Actual ocean transit was timely. When the items were received in Panama, our agent was extremely helpful in getting everything through customs. Everything was packed well. There was extremely minor breakage (a couple of picture frame glass inserts), and everything arrived. It was a very positive experience.
