In 2009 I lost my best friend in the whole world, Nala. I called places all over the state to be sure of the best place to get her cremated and this was it. They listened to this poor 17 yo girl cry her heart out and walked with us when we got there. Showed us exactly what was to happen and were so loving to us and treated us gently. I know the life cycle of pets is short compared to humans, but I couldn't imagine taking my animals anywhere else when the time comes.
