**DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!*** This place is A LOT of fun! I have had my daughter's birthday here twice, and been to SEVERAL of the "open play" sessions. The staff is great and they completely cater to you, if you have a birthday party there. They also provide all decorations and the place looked great when we arrived. I have personally seen them sanitizing and vacuuming before the party started and after it was over. They also have snacks, comfy couches, a big flat screen TV and an espresso bar. The children had non-stop fun and always ask to go back. They do outside rentals too! Give em' a chance, you won't be disappointed! :)
