Made a confirmed reservation for one of their Uhauls with the owner over the phone for a set time and day. When I arrived he didn't have any trucks available. I sat in my car and waited 2 hrs for a truck to arrive now ruining the day and the tight schedule I was on requiring me to pay for a 2nd day. Then when I called the owner to inquire about my charges i was met with an attitude and his inability to assist me since he was unable to see any details in his system requiring me to call someone else. This place is a joke!
