Has raised the rental fee 15 dollars since we originally started renting, and a late fee is as much as our storage space, even though we pay two month's worth of rent at a time, so one he gets paid a month early for the second month. Not to mention the late fee date varies. When we started renting, it was due the 1st, late after the 15th, and now w/o notice, it's due the 1st late after the 5th. Half the time, the gate won't work to get in, and the owner isn't easy to get ahold of. It's very hard to get a truck into the back side of the units to load/unload. Full of mice. Definitely would recommend pak rat in north bonneville over carson. Never had mice in years of renting there, very clean, very friendly people.
