Yelm Earthworm & Castings Farm

I used to really love this place, And came here with my father every year when I was younger to buy pure beautiful worm castings. I found out when the place was bought from the original owner years ago that they essentially started using animal manure instead of a good vegetable matter to feed their worms and create worm castings. Which in turn you don't get a good true pure heavy black/graphite worm castings like you used to and in turn get an inferior product full of humus, leftover product the worms don't eat and it can never all be screened out. Either way not all castings are made equal, and they should not made with horse, cow, any other grazing animal manure or produced with yard waste.
