Pretty disappointed in them I responded to them from an ad in our yacht club magazine. I was interested in a river cruise trip. The manager responded that he had forwarded my email to Gary. I had sent the email to Gary@.. but got the managers reply. No response a week later. I cannot recommend them. Of course we won't be using them. Too bad they bothered to advertise Today on 10/6/2016 Gary called to say he was terribly sorry that he did not return my email and call. He said I fell through the cracks. His mother had passed and he was having a difficult time during that period. It was very nice that he called me. I appreciate that he cared.
