In review, Angela Sexsmith, Chelsey, Christin and Mario and the MissionRockTeam are awesome and highly dedicated to keeping residents satisfied and following through with requests. I'm only moving because of the gate that recently broke this passed winter and the Polo is located so far away from civilization. It even has a blueberry farm across the street. Overall, if you like quiet, peace and living in Olympia, then this is a place you want to be! I can't recall renting any place more comfortable and pleasant than the Polo. I can't speak for everyone, but my experience at the Polo Club homes have been nothing short of a perfect mixture between efficiency & luxury to a point I had totally forgotten what worries meant up until the gate broke, which really does the Polo Club & Mission RocK a disservice especially because of how nice and pristine everything else is kept always. Customer service: When I first moved in, I received a package in the mail, and Mario brought it in my apartment and left it on my countertop while I was away at work since he was already completing a work order on my patio blinds at the same time. I had just entered the work order online that same morning before I left​ to go to work. And really I can't say enough in favor of the company and its business model, so I may go Mission Rock again, perhaps @ Sierra Sun or Arvia apartment homes. Free note: If you're shopping online from far away especially if you're military, go Mission Rock they have reliable routes to JBLM, because this is a major plus in this area of Washington. You need really good traveling strategies to avoid I-5 congestion, and this locality's routes are good in my opinion. My rating for the apartments is 4.8 Stars because our gate broke, and it's taking too long to fix the problem. Now I have to move out in part because of this issue when I would otherwise at least consider staying. I hope my review is helpful in your finding a place to live because really that's all apartment reviews should be about, fair and honest information about other people's experiences.
