Very nice interior in these apartments, newly repaved parking lots. I have had nothing but good experiences with the property management and maintenance crew. They are willing to set you up with assistance for the deposit and rent is income based. The noise level is minimal compared to other apartment complexes I've been to, though I'd highly recommend a second floor apartment.
There is a washing facility on site, and there are a few storage units available upon request.
