West Wind Kennels

We've been taking our different dogs to West Wind Kennels for over 20 years. We've always been very happy with Gary and Vicki, the owners. Very friendly. We always take our own food because their tummys are used to it. And, we always take a blanket or dog bed for them. That way they have something familiar and soft to lay on. When they are closed, it doesn't mean no one is there to feed and water our dogs. It just means people can't drop off or pick up their pets. They need a break, too. If we wanted them to take our dogs out and exercise them, I think it costs an extra dollar a day. Each kennel has a big dog run inside the air conditioned and/or heated building. We like that they live on the property, too. We'd never look for another kennel. Our dogs are too important to us.
