Always short staffed, no individualized care, no follow through, no ownership, no problem resolution, a lot of pass the buck. The "on-call" Dr is never around, nor responsive when he is called and everyone there seemed ok with that. Good luck ever getting answers, bases covered, and issues dealt with. Considering the business they are in, VERY unacceptable.
