Waynita Nails

I went in with friends for a relaxing afternoon and was very disappointed. Even with making an appointment they were understaffed and therefore unable to finish all of our services at the same time, leaving some of us waiting for over 30 mins. until the others in our group were finished. The ladies doing our pedicures were really rough with our feet, kept gesturing toward us and talking and then just disappeared into the back for ages... we felt really uncomfortable and finally had to ask if we could pay so we could leave. As for the quality, my manicure didn't even last a day before it started chipping and the paint on my toes was uneven and bubbly. Also noticed that they don't clean their pedicure tubs, just change the plastic covers (which is so unsanitary). I would not return, or recommend.

Started with a pedicure and all was fine. Not the best, but not the worst I've had. You can tell they thin their polish out for more use, because the OPI polish I chose didn't have that thick full coverage that they're known for. After the lady next to me finished, I saw that they DID NOT sanitize the foot tub after her use of it. All they did was put a plastic cover. By law, they still need to sanitize after each use. Even after this, I proceeded to have a full set done. My mistake. The files were worn down and over used. The tech then proceeded to file my nails without covering the entire bed. The heat alone made me pull my hands back. The techs weren't very knowledgeable about how to prep and kept saying that it's because my nails are thin. I know my hands and I this isn't my first rodeo. Never had an issue until now. The low stars is because of the lack of sanitation, lack of knowledge and the corners that they're cutting while charging full prices.
