Walmart Vision & Glasses

Let me just say that the Dr and her temporary replacement while she was out having a baby are AWESOME! However, just having to deal with Raven, the gal that answered the phone in the Vision Center... NOT SO AWESOME! In fact she was EXTREMELY rude and uncaring! I have used Walmart vision center's for years and made numerous contact lens purchases for both my daughter and myself. When I called to ask if I could get a trial lens for my daughter because she ripped hers and I cannot afford to purchase an entire box right now because I just lost my job, Raven was SO RUDE! Mind you, I just paid over $200 for our exams and fitting beginning of March and received 30 day lenses at that time and As if it is not hard enough to ask for a handout, I didn't need to be lectured, scolded and belittled on top of it. She advised me three times in our less than 5 minute conversation how they will, "do it JUST THIS ONE TIME because you didn't purchase any lenses so if she rips this pair, too bad until you make a purchase!" I THINK I WILL ORDER OUR CONTACTS ON LINE!
