Outstanding customer service! I recently moved to Auburn from central California and thought I was looking at a defective transmission so I brought my car into A&W Auto for a transmission flush. I received a call shortly after leaving my car from the gentleman who explained that my transmission fluid (and subsequently, my transmission) were fine. "As much as I would love to service your vehicle, you don't need to so you can just come down and pick it up anytime!" No charge! Incredible! Rarely will you ever find a business so honest and upstanding.
All my future auto maintenance will be done at A&W Automotive in Auburn, WA! No question!
