Not sure about their work ethic or their abilities at excavation as I have never used this company. What I can say is that their vehicles leak a lot of oil. I informed the gentlemen of the large leak on Monday when they started. It is now Wednesday and there are many more large spots up and down the street. I wish they'd put some cardboard down or something if they don't want to do the maintenance.
