I had Safeco insurance through Vern Fonk. It was super expensive and low coverage. I tried numerous times to call to change my insurance to find better rates. They at the Tacoma office kept telling me my agent was on another call and she'd call me back. Which never happened. She moved locations to Puyallup was never even there.
So I went into cancel my policy only to find out that I couldn't the direct withdrawal was already going to be taken out. Over a week before it did.
So I went to the bank for a stop payment which I was instructed to do from Vern Fonk. They changed my rate and still withdrew my $. But that's not all after signing all the paperwork to cancel Safeco still is taking $ out of my account months later. Save yourself the problem don't even call for a quote. They are horrible!!!
