Update: the bank made me sign a promissory note that stated I would pay $90 a month until the debt was paid off to avoid any negative actions towards me. This note was notarized and I have been paying the amount agreed on. Yesterday I got a letter in the mail that they're sending me to collections. This bank is rotten to the core. Don't do business with them.
