Busy holiday weekend in Wenatchee. Most hotels are full. We made a reservation with a credit card. We were at the hospital, did not check in thinking we had a reserved room, but no. They did not hold the room even when we thought we had paid. The RUDE desk person yelled at me, and hung up. Morale of story, don't count on having a bed even when you make a reservation.
