I've had Dennis perform many different things on my vehicles through the years. Even though I am a mechanic, having him do highly technical work who does it every day is going to be superior to myself taking four times longer and not having some of the specialized programming equipment for the remote starts I lack.
He has decades of experience and has literately been doing this work long before the other installers were born. He runs his own shop and doesn't have to pay sales people and managers or ridiculously high overhead that other shops do, so yes he can offer a better price and better services.
Other shops will charge you to have certain features on remote starts that are already activated. If you want it, they charge you. If you don't want to pay extra for that feature which is already active, they actually have to do extra work to disable that feature.
Don't let big names and big advertising fool you. Big name, big building, big everything means big money and it's the consumer who pays.
