Truly horrible. The staffer who talked to my son and I couldn't understand the situation, misrepresented what we told him, gave us ridiculously bad direction concerning what we needed to do and generally did everything he could to avoid having to actually take any responsibility for doing anything. All this on top of losing the paperwork we had dropped off the day before. This office is nearly as bad as this agency's telephone service where a short wait it one hour.
