US Social Security Administration

I don't know how anyone can give this place a 5 star rating. It's painfully obvious that a city the size of Spokane needs at least 2 of these offices. And govt entities should be much more competent and efficient but unfortunately, that's a pipe dream. All business with the SSA should be able to be accomplished online. This is 2018 for God's sake. The Federal Govt needs to modernize.
