OMG! How bad a customer service could be!!?? FAA Airmen Certificate Branch can answer this question easily because the worst CS itself!!
They did a ridiculous mistake and issued me a Student Pilot Cert. instead my Private Pilot Cert. Since when does the FAA have certificate for students!!?? It's been exactly four months that I've been contacting the Airmen Certificate Branch through their toll-free phone, regular phone email and any other way that I could get a hold of these guys but NEVER received a rational and guiding answer. Today, after being roughly twenty minutes on hold a lady answered and gave me the same answer that my license was issued. I informed her that the license had an childish mistake and she said she couldn't do anything because these licenses are to issue only once and hung up the phone!
My instrument rate trainings had to be stopped because the issued license by these illuminati people wasn't legit!
Even one - mandatory - star of the google review is too much for these guys.
