U.S. Bank Branch

from the time I moved out to walla walla wa. U.S. Bank has been the best.

Everytime we've been the service has been TERRIBLE. The tellers, managers & bankers just ignore you and when someone does finally pay attention to you they have no idea how to do anything and are just plain rude. Isn't U.S. Bank supposed to be striving towards excellent customer service b/c this branch is seriously failing at it.
