Horrible customer service experience I will not use again and we will close out our account. Had an account there for four months and still had to have a hold put on gov check. Usually took 15 minutes to cash a check . I witnessed a white guy cash 4-5 personal checks and he did not have to even show ID

Great Bank wouldn't change to other bank
