Urban Float

I am highly disappointed in the service I received when I decided to cancel my membership with Urban Float. I was told that I would have to pay for the next month's memberships fees when I cancelled because it wasn't 30 days prior, which is written in the original membership documentation apparently. Overall I feel like I was enticed into an awesome product, and then bamboozled out of money because of a written loophole. The 30 day cancelletion policy should be clearly advertised before a person purchases the membership.
