UPS Customer Center

IT SAYS SIGNATURE REQUIRED!... and yet... Multiple times now I have had my company paychecks delivered to my doorstep without a bell being rung or a knock on my door happening. Today the driver walked into my garage and dropped it off without a word, driving my dog insane. This has been going on for months, no matter how many times I call to complain that it says signature required and is just left on a doorstep! The first time it was delivered to the wrong address entirely. Since I happen to be here for once, I stopped him and pointed out that these are paychecks that say "****SIGNATURE REQUIRED****" on them. He looked me right in the eye and told me, "It can say whatever it wants, but if it's not on my board I don't have to do it." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! It says it right on the package!!! These are people's paychecks!!! What is going on here!?! Oh and God forbid I be able to actually reach the branch itself to talk to a manager about his attitude in regards to the situation. I have to go through the National system. Who knows if anything is going to happen.
