As a military spouse it is hard to find a safe and reliable place to live from a few thousand miles away (I was in AL). Thanks to the positive reviews this place made the top of my list. When I emailed the staff about applying, they were nothing but helpful. We ran into a few snags trying to get the exact apartment we wanted (the people who were supposed to move out did not), but the staff immediately found another apartment, and had it ready in a few days. It was nerve wracking moving across the country, but knowing we had a place to live was a burden off of my shoulders. When we arrived, they were polite and concise, and the paperwork and the apartment were ready. They even had our paperwork to get the power turned on prepared. They gave us brochures telling us about the area, and take-out menus. It made settling into WA much easier. The staff even helped us find a few things in the area that we needed. The complex is always nice, and generally always quiet (you live right by Martin, a major road through Lacey = loud cars). Being in a gated community, I also feel very safe. There are special locks on the pools and the gym door, so you feel safe enough to go any time of the day or night. Maintenance is very prompt, and makes sure to solve the problem. And the complex is right down the street from I-5 N & S, or anything you need.
