When I called I was told to keep the truck over the weekend at no extra charge. I repeated this and verified again when I picked the truck up. When I dropped it off the owner yelled at me, tried to charge me for overtime and was an absolute abusive jerk who is need of anger management and customer service skills.He also needs to train his employees to communicate with customers and him on what has been promised. I will go out of my way to never use this center again. It is well worth he extra money to rent from Moses or Connell. I would even rent from Spokane, before renting from this location again.
