Fantastic, skilled experts in mortgage foreclosure laws! Chuck Greenberg and Zach Greenberg of Triad Law Group. After a 40 year career in commercial-investment real estate and Past-President of three State Real Estate Associations and Board Member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, I needed help with my Mortgage lender granting a loan modification. I struggled for over two years submitting document upon document, over and over again, all to no avail.
