The company was warranty assigned but will not be my choice. The front office number was not available for 5 hours continuously during the scheduled busyness day. Front office person is rude. Service guy is polite and seems to be knowledgeable. They charged me $75 to turn off the unit the first day, another $75 to come back two days later. The only fix needed was 3 lbs of Freon. In addition to what paid by AHS warranty, I ended up with a bill of $280!! Would have been cheaper to use another company without going through warranty.
