I set up an appointment prior to showing up and it still took them 2.5 hours to get my truck back to have an alignment and rotation done. Come to find out it didn't even need an alignment. They lost my service. At least I could keep my 2.5 year old entertained with toys that were in my truck for the 3 hours I was there.
