I would give 0 if I could. After signing up for a promotion on november 2016 for two free lines, my bill actually went up by more than doubled. Store associate named Gabriel signed me up for that promotion. Everytime I would go the store to get that fixed, he would lie to me that it is fixed but its may 2017 and the issue still remains. I even complained that to the manager Cory but he could not be any better as well. I would caution anyone from using this store. People here just dont know what they are doing. I plan on filing a complaint to corporate T mobile and BBB for overcharging.
