Nice new showroom. Not crowded. Very friendly and helpful people. I was in here to switch from Verizon which all went smoothly except I didn't get my phones paid off because they aren't iPhones. I was told (with uncertainty that I should have picked up on) they would be paid for but didn't find out until to late. Still ok though I'm saving money every month
