Super 8 by Wyndham Kelso Longview Area

Somehow super 8 failed to actually reserve our room that I called and reserved a week prior. Front desk argued with myself and a coach regarding their messed up reservation. Rooms were switched without knowledge and the lady actually tried to place blame on us customers saying they tried to call earlier in week to swith rooms(double queens to one queen)and we didn't answer. Very disappointing front desk service although I understand she was put in a cruddy situation. They did reduce price for a few therefore and after us(3 customers were trying to swap rooms for team and help each other out), but we took our service elsewhere.
