I have been a patient of Dr Nilson since my Cross-Country running days in High School. After a 20 year hiatus, I looked him up and made an appointment for new orthotics. Not only did he remember me, he remembered my family history as well. My appointments have been timely (even when I was running late due to traffic from Bellevue) and efficient. In fact, the doctor took an impression of my feet and then said "Call the insurance company for coverage options. If it is covered, we will submit the forms." It saved me an extra trip. I could not be happier with the results of my orthotics, and the ease at which I was able to get back into running.
