I felt like I was at a used car lot and had terrible credit. Meaning that the hard core push to upgrade every single thing was way too much. I went online to say what I wanted and what I could afford. I felt good about that until they arrived and started by telling me I should do this and buy that. I did get my couch done but when he handed me a bottle of spot remover he never told me that it cost $16 and of course I don't get the receipt until he is walking out the door. They did a great job but nothing is where it was, and now I am supposed to move everything back by myself? In two days? I think I will use a more local guy the next time. Kind of bummed out by this.
