So disappointing!! I had to call 6 times to get my rug back. NO ONE called me back. 2 weeks late.The most frustrating part was that no one calls you back and they wont give you any numbers to contact the dealer that has your rug directly! Are you kidding me? Would never go here again. Came back with tons of dirty black marks on the edges, that they are supposedly sending someone back to clean them. oh yay. now I have to wait again, lovely.

I'd give a zero if I could. I've been using this service since 2007. I scheduled apt a week in advanced. Cleaner shows up and informs he doesn't have proper equipment to clean my carpets??? Then asked to use my bathroom no poblem but doesn't flush toliet completely. My prior experiences should have been a warning. Last time they came out I thought I was in presence of used car salesman. They tried to sell all sorts of cleaning items. This time I was desperate.Just as well. I didn't think they did a good job cleaning anyway. I will NEVER use this company EVER. Shame on Me for not reading the reviews in YELP prior. The joke was on me. You live and learn. I'll go back to using LaFontaine Carpet cleaning services.
