Sprint by Wireless To Go

The salesperson here by the name of Jordan was extremely helpful however I'm only doing 4 stars here one day I went in because I had broken my phone and was seeing about getting it replaced because I only had it for a week Jordan wasn't there and there was a gentleman there who had helped set up the account because Jordan had to leave early she did a great job don't get me wrong but I tried to set up auto pay and the salesman there couldn't even do that right he seemed like he didn't even want to help me when I went in for repairs it was Jordan's day off and the guy who helped set up the account then sent me to a completely different store were to get my screen repaired would have cost the same price as the phone I went back when Jordan was there and she sent me too there tech center in Lynnwood to get it repaired furthermore when I went back in to get a screen protector she even gave it to me at a discount for my troubles Jordan was a wonderful help and I'm glad she was there for me when I needed her
