Had a Horrible experience with a stylist today. I have been going to this place for that last 2 years and I never had major issues. but today was one of the worst experience and I will never go back. I asked him to use number 4 on the side and leave one inch on the top. He started using number 4 on top too I stopped him and asked what is he doing. He said that is what he understood and started apologizing. I had to use number 4 on top as the damage was already done. there used to be good stylists in this place but not any more. there are bunch of new people and does a horrible job.
