First time back since 2015 and I had a good experience. Sarah listened to what I wanted and also what I wanted her to be careful not to do concering my neck line. I left satisfied with my haircut and still satifed after I washed it at home for the first time. She was gentle when cutting my hair (unlike some who rake your scalp jerk your head). She could be a little more aggressive with the scalp massage, but I will speak up next time. She used tee tree shaping cream in my hair and I went back and bought some, love the smell. I will let her cut my hair next time.
