I was very disappointed. She wet my hair down, no shampoo or cream rinse. She thinned my hair without asking...she used a ROZOR!!!!! my hair is un-even...she didn't even trim my bangs....I had to ask to to do that...she didn't use any...ANY product in my hair. She dried it half way and sent me on my way. By the time I got home I looked like a drown rat! I was on a time schedule and had two very stressful appointments to attend...I had to go home and re-do my stupid hair. My hair is normally, naturally wavy with soft curls...especially after it is cut...it now hangs straight....I really don't have alot of money and going to a salon is a BIG treat....no way will I ever go back to this place.
