We planned a girls' event at this location. We arrived exactly 1 min after the cutoff time (bad traffic that day) and we were literally running to make it on time. Some of the girls made it on time and checked us in. When we went in, the staff were super rude and they didn't let us in the class, because of "safety issue" - claiming that the class heart rate was already elevated. We told them we've been running to reach on time, we already have an elevated heart rate and we could totally catch up. They went on saying that we are now 15 mins late and they cannot let us in, period.
