We bought a greenhouse at the Seattle home and garden show, were so excited. Then they deliver the green house, we told John the manger or owner, we had stairs and fence. Then 2 elderly men and man show up and immediately started YELLING AT MY WIFE ABOUT THE STAIRS. They left 5-10 minutes later without notice. We had secondary spot for green house. 16’w and > 25’. More then enough room for a green house. Then John the owner illegal charged us 742$ for ?. My wife call and ask John about charge . He was charging 75$ Hr per worker, we ask for invoice. He refused to provide one. But , that was not worse John was as verbally abusive on phone with both my wife and I. We will be filing criminal charges, law suit, ... I have never heard and witnessed, such incredibly bad customer service. They were just nasty. Update John emailed us and I quote “ you can kiss, that option good bye” , this is an example of nasty temper and in excusable behavior. This has been documented.
