This is the second time I have used Jeff and his company. Both times were very positive and I can't recommend them enough. We have an electric furnace in the house and a heat pump outside. Jeff showed up right on time, allowed me to reschedule my follow up appointment, and was extremely professional the entire time. There is a good reason why reviews were so poor for a while but I'm glad to see that Jeff is back running the company. I will use him every time I need help.
