Just bought the ComfortFit Classic from the Sleep Number main website and it was way too thick and dense for me and my head did not sink into it. I took the quiz to find the best pillow and turned out it was not.
Also, the return policy is the worst because I can't return it, even a week later. To add to this I got a 30% discount offer email on the same pillow a couple days after I bought it, but I cannot apply the discount to the already purchased pillow. What a tease!
I will be exchanging for a down pillow, but overall not happy with the customer experience. Sleep Number needs to get with the times and focus more on customers!
