This is a splendid place to go car-camping (aka bring your own tent). It actually has flush toilets (no outhouses)! and showers (though you need to feed them quarters). I can't address the motel or cabins but for camping the place is quite civilized. Be aware though (unlike some dolts who've written here): In September they DRAIN THE LAKE. The process turns the Tieton River (which is a first-class innertubing or kayaking river most of the year) into an excellent rafting river for about 4 weeks, and seven or eight commercial river-rafting outfits suddenly appear. I've done it several times and it's great fun. Note also that the (surprisingly well-stocked) little general store here has an excellent diner-style restaurant where you'll get a superb breakfast (when and if they're open, which seems a bit hit or miss).
