If I could rate this negative stars, I would. I take Customer Service very seriously, especially when it's vital to the success of a business. I will NEVER frequent this place again. Besides the fact that you have to pay for parking (very few truck stops require this), the restrooms are singles and extremely dirty, and the customer service is horrible! I was attempting to purchase a couple food items I had in my hands. There were 2 lines, the person on the left finished their last sale and went to get hot food for another customer, so I got in the right line. I waited through 3 customers, then it was my turn. As I set down my items, the lady asks, "is this what you're getting?"...as if it wasn't obvious. I confirmed, and she proceeded to tell me that her line was only for deisel, and I needed to get in the other line, because she couldn't ring me up. The other line apparently began all the way back by the drink cases on the left. There had been one customer there waiting for hot food when I walked by. Now that I had already waited through her 3 customers, there were 6 people in line. There was nobody behind me, so she had no further customers, yet she refused to help me. I will never return. ADDITIONALLY, The only reason we stopped here was because it's the only truck stop nearby. We will plan for that next time through, so we don't have to stop.
