Paid for the deluxe wash with a foam bath. No foam wash given. When i went into the store the clerk Hany said i only paid for water and refused to give me a refund. He also lied and told me he asked if i was sure i wanted the deluxe and not the $9 or $10 wash. He never asked me anything. He was talking on his bluetooth to someone in a different language. So no he wasn't talking to me. He refused to given me manager phone number, name, and said he did not know the store phone number. I said well call my phone. He proceeded to hand me a non-working phone to call myself. He said how is he supposed to know the number? He don't use the phone. He referred me to the website to put in the store address. I dealt with this dude for 10 minutes. I left pissed and googled the info myself. Horrible service. Will never return other than to get my refund!!!!!!
