It is not by chance that this salon has so many passionate 1-star reviewers. The quality of the service was mediocre at best. Combine this with the lack of professionalism I experienced from the manager, who has not yet learned the importance of customer service, and I, too must give Serenity a 1-star rating. My hope is that Westfield Southcenter will pay attention to these reviews and replace this salon with one that is willing to give customers the treatment they pay for and deserve.
